J.R. is a licensed professional with a down-to-earth, personal approach to his work. His affinity for homes and real estate began at the age of 22, when he found himself in an unexpected opportunity to build on a vacant lot. He located and moved an existing home marked for demolition to his lot. Once in place, J.R. then overhauled and remodeled the home which became his personal residence. He eventually sold the home for a nifty profit.

Shortly after this, J.R. honed his real estate skills as the Director of Consumer Relations for Acxiom / DataQuick, at the time the largest provider of real estate data products nationwide. J.R. served as the company’s point person / privacy czar for the governmental interface organization, the “Individual Reference Service Group” (IRSG).

As an entrepreneur, J.R. co-founded Privacy Solutions, a clearinghouse for privacy and data solutions for the real estate industry. J.R. was a consultant for clients that were dealing with the emerging markets of real estate technology, information privacy, and data security concerns as it pertained to the sharing and dissemination of a variety of consumer information.
Most recently, with his own business, I-A-I Services, J.R. has worked with investors and house-flippers, as well as providing property management services, maintenance supervision, and project management. J.R. believes his integrity, knowledge of construction, as well as his customer service skills, ability to listen and implement his client’s needs are the key factors to his successful transactions.
