Jan and Jerry Feagley have devoted their lives to making the ‘Upper East Bay’ the best place to live, work, and raise a family. From working on dozens of housing development projects over the years, to raising funds for outreach programs like the Richmond Police Activities League, the Feagleys have been on-hand to help Richmond and surrounding neighborhoods flourish and grow.
Help the Parkers Stay in their Home!
Our team at Feagley Realtors has created this GoFundMe page with the strong desire to help the Parker Family stay in and purchase their home.
All the funds will go directly to their down-payment for the home.
Please watch the video (less than 3 min) to learn about their story.
Following Ashley’s tragedy, the owner allowed the Parkers to make modifications to the home to accommodate her needs and greatly reduced their rent in June of 2020.
URGENCY: The Parkers are being offered a rare opportunity. The owners offered to sell them the home at substantially below market value. The owners are in their 80’s now, and as generous and patient as they have been, the offer is not indefinite.
Thank you for supporting Ashley and her family! Let’s make this happen for them.
Please feel free to contact Cindy Wilson, Feagley Realtors, with any questions.
Dear Jerry and Jan, Thank you for helping us make this such as success!
